For online bookings:

You are required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking. If you cancel within 48 hours, the deposit is non refundable.

FULL PAYMENT IS MADE for bookings up to $80. 

If you have a gift voucher that equals the cost of your treatment, we still require a 50% deposit. 

If you have a gift voucher that totals the cost of treatment, that deposit made online will be refunded to you. This deposit will only be refunded on the day if you do not cancel within 48 hours and when your gift voucher equals the total cost of treatment. 

We are unable to hold bookings without a deposit.

 

For bookings booked over phone/in person:

We require credit/debit card details to secure your booking. If you do not make the booking or cancel within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

When you make the tentative booking, a text message and an email (if email on file) will be sent to you. The booking is only secured once you send through your card details via our secure payment gateway. We are unable to hold your booking without your card details and if not sent through within 1 (one) hour, your booking will be deleted. 

 

Cancellation Policy: 

If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of your service.

In the event that you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointed time or do not arrive at Cocos Hair and Day Spa at the appointed time, then the fee agreed at the time of booking (50% of service) will be forfeited and used to recover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources. In the event that you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours prior to your appointed time, then no fee will be charged. We reserve the right to change the above terms at any time upon notice. Card details are stored in a secure payment gateway. Card information is encrypted and compliant in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Gift Voucher Policy: 

Please bring in a physical copy of your gift voucher, we need to sight and reference it. Photos of vouchers are not accepted. Please look after your voucher and treat it like cash. Cocos is not responsible for any misplaced or stolen vouchers.
